📦 1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for same-day processing.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been received and when it ships.
If there’s any delay or stock issue, our support team will contact you immediately.
🚛 2. Delivery Timeline
Accra & Tema: 1–2 business days
Other Regions (Ghana-wide): 2–4 business days
Pre-ordered or high-demand products: up to 7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or promotional sales.
💰 3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free delivery may be available for specific promotions or orders above a set amount.
Any additional fees (e.g., rural delivery surcharges) will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
🧾 4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
A tracking link (via SMS or email)
The courier name and estimated delivery date
You can track your package anytime until it arrives at your door.

Deliveries are made to the address you provide during checkout.
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
If you miss your delivery, the courier may contact you to reschedule.

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays can occur due to:

📦 7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the packaging and items.
Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund).

Currently, Mokola ships within Ghana only.
